Exciting New Features in Vitruve: Enhancing Your Training Experience
At Vitruve, we are dedicated to continuously improving our tools to empower coaches, athletes, and health professionals. We are excited to announce several new updates and features to enhance your training experience and provide even more valuable insights.
Here’s what’s new:
Enhanced Metrics in the “Last 3 Workouts” Section
We’ve expanded the metrics available in the “Last 3 Workouts” section. In addition to your Mean Propulsive Velocity (MPV) history, you can now track:
- Peak Velocity (PV): A crucial metric for tracking explosive performance, particularly in plyometric and Olympic workouts.
- Estimated 1RM (e1RM): Easily view the last three estimated 1RM values to gauge your strength progression over time quickly.
These additional metrics offer a comprehensive overview of your recent workouts, enabling you to make more informed decisions about your training.
Create Load-Velocity (L-V) Profiles with Peak Velocity
We’re excited to introduce the ability to create Load-Velocity (L-V) profiles using Peak Velocity. This feature is especially valuable for Olympic workouts, such as clean and jerk, snatch, and power clean. By analyzing how different loads affect your velocity, you can fine-tune your training program to achieve better results. This advanced capability allows you to:
- Understand how various loads impact your peak velocity.
- Customize your training program to maximize performance.
- Optimize your lifting strategy based on precise data.
Visualize the RM% for Every Set
Understanding the intensity of your workouts just got easier. You can now view the percentage of your 1RM (%RM) for every set performed. This feature allows you to:
- Visualize the real intensity of each set.
- Make precise adjustments to your training based on accurate intensity data.
- Better track your progress and ensure you are training at the right intensity to meet your goals.
With this update, you can easily monitor and adjust your training loads to match your performance needs, ensuring you are always working at the optimal intensity.
